How do I fill and drain the tub?

Fill with a garden hose (or a submersible sump pump if you’re in an apartment). Drain using the built-in drain, or use a sump pump for the quickest drain. Video guide included.

How fast does it cool or heat?

Cold to 37°F in ~3 hours from fill and hot to 104°F in ~2.5 hours, tested at 65°F ambient.

How do I keep the water clean, and how often do I change it?

With Elite's powerful ozone coupled with regular filtration and weekly sanitation, most customers only change the water every 3–6 months—about 6 months with light use, or around 3 months with heavy/daily use or multiple users. Replace the 20-micron filter every 2–4 weeks, clean the built-in strainer monthly, clean the dust net every 3 months, and add a non-chlorine sanitizer weekly.

How much does it cost to run and maintain?

Electricity is roughly ~$1/day for typical use. Even with heavy use, water care is typically about ~$45/month (filters + sanitation)—and you avoid ice runs and spa visits.
