- Plumbing Components – Warranted against leaks caused by defects in workmanship or materials.
- All Other Components – All other components not specifically mentioned — including, but not limited to, the frame, fittings, valves, and mechanical components — are warranted against malfunction due to defects in workmanship or materials.

The following are not covered under this Limited Warranty:
- Units located outside the continental United States.
- Use of the product in a rental setting.
- Shipping or cosmetic damage that does not affect performance or safety (scratches, stains, discoloration, chipping).
- Non-Transferable – This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable to any subsequent owner, even if the product is resold or gifted.
- Repair technicians and shipping costs for replacement parts to Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. Territories.
- Freight damage not reported within 48 hours (visible) or 72 hours (hidden) will not be covered.
- Damage caused by repairs attempted by anyone other than an authorized Inergize representative.
- Damage from misuse, abuse, negligence, failure to maintain proper water chemistry, freezing conditions, or improper installation/operation.
- Any modification to plumbing, electrical, or structure, or any item attached to or installed on the plunge after the date of manufacture.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage from Acts of God (including but not limited to fire, lightning, earthquake, flood, tornado, hurricane, theft, vandalism, riot, or war).
- Costs of adjustments or routine preventive maintenance (including filter changes, chemical balancing, or sanitation).

VOIDING THE WARRANTY
The following actions will void this Limited Warranty:
- Installation of aftermarket parts that are not genuine Inergize brand parts and accessories. This includes, but is not limited to, filters, UV-C bulbs, repair parts, and other accessories.
- Use of the product in a rental setting.
- Failure to conduct routine maintenance as outlined in the User Video Guides and follow-up emails, including but not limited to descaling, proper sanitation, regular filter replacement, and strainer cleaning.
- Removal of the chiller strainer to reduce personal maintenance time will cause damage to chiller internal pumps and void the warranty.
- Misuse, negligence, abuse, or improper use.
- Keeping the unit in sub-freezing (32°F/0°C) temperatures and not following proper winterization protocols as defined in the warning labels, user guide video, and written guides. This requires unplugging, draining the tub and chiller of all water if temperatures are at or below for any period of time (32°F/0°C).
- Leaving stagnant water in the tub.
WHAT WE WILL DO
At our discretion, Inergize Health will provide free repair or replacement of any defective product or component that has been installed, used, and maintained in accordance with the User Guides, within the specified warranty period.
- Replacement products may be refurbished and may differ in color, features, or design from the original. Cosmetic differences are not grounds for refusal of a replacement unit.
- If a replacement unit is provided, it will carry the balance of the original warranty period.
- Customer is responsible for costs related to removal of the defective unit, return shipping of the defective unit, shipping of the replacement from the factory, and installation of the replacement unit, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All warranty service must be performed by Inergize Health LLC or an authorized representative using approved parts. No agent, dealer, or distributor is authorized to modify this Limited Warranty in any way.

INERGIZE HEALTH LLC AND ITS REPRESENTATIVES WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, including but not limited to water damage, loss of use, removal/reinstallation costs, or damage to property, even if advised of the possibility.
Liability under this Limited Warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
LEGAL RIGHTS
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
