`This setup has two heroes. The first is the depth of the tub. I'm 74 inches tall and weigh 190 lbs, and I can easily immerse myself up to my shoulders and neck without feeling crunched. It's like lying in a bathtub. The second is the chiller/heater combo. It's powerful enough to go from 107F to 39F overnight, so I can alter the temperature I use depending on what I need. It turns out I shouldn't cold plunge every day, so having the heat for a recovery boost is especially lovely in the winter.

I love my Inergize cold plunge setup. The tub itself is easy to setup, fill and start the chilling process. The chiller is intuitive to run alter settings and gets my water to sub 40 degrees from 50-55 in less than an hour. Also takes up very little room in my garage (see photo). I'd highly recommend INERGIZE to anyone serious about purchasing a cold plunge setup. Cheers!
