Received my tub and unfortunately after setup, had a very small leak in the outlet seal. Needless to say I was a little upset and scheduled a video conference with inergize. They were professional, courteous, and took care of the problem immediately. I had a new tub sent the next day and was told to keep the old one. I was blown away by their costumer service.
The tub itself is top notch for me. I use it at home and at the firehouse. Nothing feels better than a plunge after a fire and I couldn’t be more happy. The chiller is very well built and the continuous flow ensures your temperature stays consistent. I would recommend this tub to any first responder who is in the market. I WILL be spreading the word about Inergize for sure!!

Having plunged in various cold plunges I am MORE than happy with my Inergize plunge. It is easy to maintain, works very efficiently, and doesn't take up too much room. The company is very responsive to any and all questions which fortunately have been very few.
