Replace the 20 micron filter every 2 to 4 weeks depending on use, sanitize weekly with a non-chlorine treatment, and clean the strainer weekly. Maintained that way, the water holds for months.

Runs on a standard household outlet. The 1 HP chiller wants a 15 amp minimum breaker on a grounded outlet.

Will I fit? I'm tall.
Yes. 30" deep and fits users up to 6'5" / 300 lbs. Verified owners over 6'4" report full neck-deep submersion without yoga poses. Internal dimensions: 45" long × 21.5" wide × 30" deep.
Can I put it outside? Is it weather-proof?
Yes. The Elite is rated for both indoor and outdoor use. UV-stable PVC outer shell, IPX-rated chiller, insulated code-lock lid keeps debris out. Use year-round in non-freezing climates. In freezing weather, bring it inside or empty it. The chiller works harder in extreme heat but performs reliably.
Is it actually portable?
Yes. The tub itself rolls up and packs into the included travel backpack, weighs ~40 lbs deflated. The chiller is on caster wheels and connects via flexible hoses. Many owners move the whole setup between garage, patio, and indoor space seasonally. Several owners take it in their RV.
How well insulated is it? Will it run up my electric bill? Does it run 24/7?
It's built to hold temperature. 4" of total wall air insulation and 4" insulated lid locks in cold when you're not using it.
The chiller can run 24/7 but most people don't. Most owners schedule it around their routine through the app.

I had the ozone generator part go bad on my unit but the support team responded to my issues rapidly and remained in good communication through out the repair. They allowed me to make the repair on my own which was great as it saved on the shipping from Hawaii back to Inergize HQ.
While I made the repair I could attest to the claim of exceptional build quality as every part seemed robust and well arranged. I was impressed with the overall quality the internal parts. I did make one suggestion to the hose line on the ozone generator. The repair was easy and works great again.
I love using it again almost every day as part of my routine! I highly recommend going with Inergize for your cold plunge purchase.. 🤙
