Inergize Refund Policy

At Inergize Health, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you need to return, please review our refund policy below:

Return Eligibility:

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be in the same condition you received them, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging (including all accessories, manuals, and protective materials).
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Returns will not be accepted without prior written authorization from Inergize Health.

Restocking & Handling Fee:

  • A 20% restocking and handling fee applies to all returned products to cover inspection, testing, recertification, and administrative costs.
  • Refunds for returns initiated before shipment will incur a deduction for payment processing fees:
    • 3% for credit card transactions
    • 6–10% for Affirm, Trumed, or other financing/payment services.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging. The original packaging helps protect the product during transit and ensures it arrives undamaged.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our Customer Support Team (contact@inergizehealth.com): To initiate a return. Our team will provide you with instructions for the return process.
  2. Securely Package the Item: Pack the item in its original packaging or in a suitable alternative to ensure it arrives undamaged.
  3. Ship the Return: Send the return package to the address provided by our Customer Support Team. 
  4. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. Please allow 7-10 business days from the receipt of the returned shipment for the refund to be processed.
  5. Refund Notification: You will be emailed once your refund has been processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Non-Refundable Items:

Certain items may not be eligible for a refund, such as items that are damaged due to misuse or items not in their original condition.
