Easy Entry, Easy Exit Three points of contact from outside the tub to the seat.
Body Type Comparison
Comfort of a lay down. Health benefits of a barrel.
Spire combines the spinal comfort of a laydown with the upright breathing of a barrel, in one reclined form. You sit back, breathe deep, and stay neck-deep, long enough for cold therapy to actually do its work.

Barrel
Comfort of a Laydown. Health Benefits of a Barrel.
The longer you can stay in, the more recovery you get. Barrels cramp you out. Laydowns leave your shoulders dry. Spire's seated recline keeps you comfortable, neck-deep, and breathing easy.

“There's Not Many Luxury Cold Plunges. This is One.”
David Maus Jr. unboxes the first-ever Spire Elite in this raw, watch his unscripted first-look review below:
In a League of Its Own
Spire Elite is the only vertical hybrid cold plunge with a seated recline, 4-step filtration, and 4× the ozone output. Built like furniture in red cedar and 316 marine-grade stainless, it sits below luxury laydowns in price and far above plastic barrels in feel and finish.

FROM OUR COMMUNITY
Real People, Real Results
Hear from real Inergize owners on the features that matter most.
Trusted by Elite Performers
Pro athletes, UFC fighters, CrossFit champions, and longevity experts use Inergize daily.
Why Inergize?
Engineered to Last
Founded by a master's-level mechanical engineer. Spire is built with industrial-grade compressors, marine-grade stainless, and red cedar. Fast cooling. Real materials. Built for decades, not seasons.
U.S.-Based Support, On Call
You're not just buying a tub, you're backed by real people. Our San Diego team includes the engineers who built Spire. Same-day responses, video troubleshooting, and a repair center in Los Angeles when you need hands-on service.
5,000+ Units Delivered
Inergize launched on Indiegogo in 2022. Today we've shipped over 5,000 cold plunges across our product line and we're one of the longest-running cold tub companies in the U.S. We don't just sell tubs, we ship them, support them, and stand behind them.
More Than Just a Cold Tub
With your purchase you'll get our 27-page Cold Plunge Blueprint, bi-weekly insights from our founder, and access to in-person Inergize community events. We help you make this a daily practice, not a one-time purchase.
COLD THERAPY
Powerful Benefits of Cold Therapy
A daily plunge isn't a hack. It's a practice that compounds across your body and mind.
Sharper focus
Cold triggers a sustained dopamine and norepinephrine release. Most owners report two to four hours of clear, calm focus.
Stronger resilience
Three minutes of cold trains your nervous system. The carryover shows up in every hard thing you do.
Faster recovery
Cold reduces inflammation and post-training soreness. Athletes have used it for decades. The research caught up.
Deeper sleep
A morning plunge reinforces your circadian rhythm. Most owners report deeper sleep within the first month.
Elevated mood
Cold immersion drives a measurable lift in dopamine. Owners describe a steady, sustained sense of calm energy.
Reduced inflammation
Cold immersion lowers systemic inflammation. The same mechanism athletes have relied on for serious recovery.
Better metabolism
Cold activates brown adipose tissue and supports metabolic health. Real, modest, well-documented in the research.
Stronger immunity
Regular cold exposure is linked to increased white blood cell activity and fewer sick days reported by owners.
FAQs
When will my Spire actually ship?
Spire is built to order in small batches. For the next shipment date check below the add to cart button. Earliest deposits ship first within the batch, we email you 2 weeks before your unit ships with tracking and delivery scheduling.
Inergize has been shipping cold plunges since our 2022 Indiegogo (crowdfunding platform) launch. Over 5,000 units delivered across our product line. We're a US-based team and we ship what we sell.
How is Inergize Spire different from Plunge, Renu Therapy, Cold Life, and Nordic Wave?
Spire is the only cold plunge with a built-in seated recline. Most plunges force you into a cramped standing squat (Nordic Wave, Cold Life, Ice Barrel, Renu Vero) or a fully horizontal laydown where your shoulders sit above the water (Renu Cold Stoic, Plunge All-In). Spire splits the difference: 10° recline from vertical so your spine is supported, your chest stays open, and your shoulders stay submerged.
Beyond the seat: Spire runs 4-stage filtration with 400 mg/hr of ozone (most competitors run 1-2 stages), it's built from red cedar and 316 marine-grade stainless instead of rotomolded plastic, and it ships with integrated cedar and stainless steps instead of a basic step stool.
Will I fit? What are the internal dimensions for head-dunking?
Spire fits users up to 6'4" comfortably with neck-deep immersion. Users up to 7ft fit with chest deep immersion.
Internal dimensions:
- Legroom (seat to front wall): 31"
- Shoulder width: 24.8"
- Torso depth (seat to rim): 27.2"
- Seat height: 12"
- Overall internal height: 44"
Three ways to head-dunk:
- Step into the footwell: full barrel-style submersion, then climb back onto the seat
- Scoot down with knees raised: drop deeper into the water without leaving the seat
- Lean forward from the seat: quickest dunk, no repositioning needed
How well insulated is it? Will it run my electric bill up? Does it run 24/7?
Spire is built to hold temperature. 2" of total wall insulation: 0.8" red cedar cladding over 1.2" closed-cell PU foam injected onto every steel surface (sides, base, and seat). The 3-inch insulated lid locks in cold when you're not using it.
The chiller can run 24/7 but most people don't. Most owners schedule it around their routine through the app.
Example daily routine:
- 4:00 AM: chiller switches on automatically (1 or 2 hours before plunge)
- 5:00 AM: water at 37°F, you plunge
- 5:30 AM: chiller runs another 30 minutes to filter and clean
- 6:00 AM: chiller off until your next session
Real-world energy cost at $0.15/kWh:
- Typical owner (3 hours/day scheduled): ~$12/month
- Light use (1.5 hours/day): ~$6/month
- Maximum (24/7 continuous, rare): ~$96/month
The 2-inch insulated walls and 3-inch lid hold cold for hours between sessions, so the compressor only kicks back on briefly when water rises a few degrees above target. Schedule through the Tuya app or onboard touchscreen.
Where is Spire made and where is your support based?
Spire is designed in Italy and handcrafted from sustainably sourced red cedar, then shipped to our California warehouse for QA before delivery to you. The Elite chiller is engineered with industrial-grade components from suppliers we've worked with for 4+ years. Every unit is QA'd before it ships.
Our support and repair operations are 100% U.S.-based. Customer support responds the same day, phone support is available Monday-Friday 8am-4pm PST, and our dedicated repair technicians operate out of Los Angeles and San Diego CA.
What's the warranty and what happens if I need service?
Every Spire ships with a 1-year warranty covering the tub, chiller, and electronics. Optional Care Plan coverage extends that to 3 or 5 years (available above the Add to Cart button or directly in your cart).
If you need service: contact us through email or phone.
US-based hardware service. Most issues resolve within 5-7 business days.
Building a home or renovating? Can I align delivery with my construction?
Yes. If you're mid-build and need delivery aligned to your timeline, we can hold your unit until your space is ready. Place your reservation deposit now to lock in founder pricing, then email us with your target delivery month — we'll align production and shipping to match.
Most owners building new homes coordinate delivery 2-4 weeks before final inspection so the tub is on-site when the space is ready but not before. We've worked with general contractors and architects to plan around foundation pours, electrical rough-ins, and finished flooring schedules.
Email contact@inergizehealth.com after placing your deposit and we'll handle the rest.
