I have had the Inergize tub for about a month now and I have yet to miss a day. I run 8-10 miles a day, and can honestly say since using this daily my body has never felt better. It absolutely helps recovery immensely! I have tried a lot of different tubs, but this is by far the best especially being over 6 foot. I am 6-2 and in most tubs I am unable to sink my neck under, this is not an issue in the inergize tub. I absolutely love it, and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cold plunge.
